Roddy Hogarth - Seal & Weald

Roderick is a Registered Auditor of Quality Management Systems with the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and has been a member of the Institute of Credit Management since 2001.

Having completed an Honours Degree at South Bank Polytechnic in London, Roderick began his career with Fitch & Company as Treasurer for their international operations.

He gained his MBA in International Management and Finance at New York University’s Stern School of Business. During his time in New York, Roderick rose to become Senior Vice President – Finance at Peter Sharp & Co, a major property management and development company and acted as a board representative at Avatar Inc, the 4th largest private water resources company in the USA with operations in Florida, Arizona, California and Colorado.

On returning to the UK, Roderick established a partnership providing energy management and conservation consultancy. His clients included Akzo Nobel, the National Health Service and the Royal British Legion as well as many private businesses.

Roderick is a qualified mediator and has provided voluntary dispute resolution services through West Kent Independent Mediation Services where he was also Honorary Treasurer. He is also an elected Town Councillor. He is a charitable trustee for the Stag Theatre Complex in Sevenoaks.

At IMSM, Roderick managers teams of professionals in Southern England and Holland. He represents IMSM on the Property & Construction Committee of the London Chamber of Commerce and lobbies for improvements in regulations and standards. Roderick is an enthusiastic member of the successful global IMSM team of 350 professionals which has helped over 8,000 organisations to achieve implementation and certification of their management systems.
