Kim Bayley - Dunton Green & Riverhead

Kim was born in London in 1967 and spent her childhood in Surrey and Dorset before going on to study German, French and Law at Surrey University.

After finishing Law College, Kim spent 10 years working in the City in both law and investment banking, before taking on her current role as Chief Executive of the Entertainment Retailers Association in 2002 

She moved to Riverhead Sevenoaks in 1997 and has a son and daughter. 

Kim is a keen swimmer and for many years chaired the Lakeside Place Residents Association.
