Graham has lived in Sevenoaks since 2006. He served as a Sevenoaks Town Councillor from 2011 until 2015 and as a trustee of the Stag Theatre for the same period of time. In 2015 he was elected a District Councillor for the ward of Town and St John's, and since May 2023 represents Dunton Green & Riverhead ward as as District Councillor. Graham is currently a member of the Sevenoaks Conservative Association Management Team.
