New Ash Green Village Centre Regeneration

New Ash Green Village Centre is owned by three separate companies: Piperton Finance, Gableholt, and the Co-operative Society.  Other parties, including the New Ash Green Village Association, and the Ash-cum-Ridley Parish Council, are also involved in securing the Centre’s future.  The Centre has been in commercial decline for some time and there has been an apparent lack of private sector investment in its physical fabric.  The number of shops has reduced and there is evidence of decay and vandalism.
